Each weekday morning from 6a to 10a Rhys Davis will be playing The Secret Sound. Starting March 15, 2010 to approximately April 23, 2010 Sunny 102.1 will open the phone lines to a designated caller to guess the Secret Sound. If the caller is correct, they win the cash jackpot! The jackpot starts at $10.21 and increases $10.21 for each incorrect guess. Once the Secret Sound has been guessed correctly, we start another game. Jodesha Broadcasting, Inc reserves the right to extend the end date of this promotion. Must be 18 or older to play.
Contestants may win one cash Secret Sound jackpot during promotions.
Only one cash Jackpot will be awarded per family/household during promotion.
Jodesha Broadcasting, Inc is not responsible for delivery of prizes to winner.
Prizes must be picked up by the winner or the winner’s designated representative within 30 days of winning. If a winner designates a representative to claim prize, the winner must notify the station of the name of the representative tin advance and the representative must have a note signed by the winner-authorizing pick-up. Winners or their representatives must show valid ID to claim prize.
Any prizes not claimed with in 30 days will be forfeited.
Winners are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes incurred as a result of winning. The station may provide an IRS form 1099 for prizes worth over a certain value, as required by law.

Any additional costs incurred by the winner as a result of winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
